Exchanges & Returns

Delivery

Your order arrives within 3–5 working days of confirmation, excluding Fridays and public holidays. Shipping is free on orders over 2,000 EGP.

Inspect your order on delivery

You can check your pieces while the courier is with you. If you decide to send the order back at the door and nothing is wrong with it, the whole order goes back and you pay only the shipping fee stated before confirmation.

14 days to exchange or return

After delivery, you can exchange or return any piece on its own within 14 days of delivery, as long as it is in its original condition with its tags (not worn, washed or altered).

• Exchange: no extra shipping cost.
• Return: we send a courier to pick up the piece, and we refund you.

Discounted pieces can be exchanged but not returned.
