Inspection and Trying On: You may inspect your order upon delivery. Trying items on is subject to the courier’s policy.
Exchanges and Returns: Available within 14 days of delivery, provided the item remains in its original condition, unworn, unwashed and unaltered, with all tags attached.
Refused Deliveries: If you refuse delivery for a reason other than a defective item or an incorrect order, you are responsible for the shipping charges disclosed before order confirmation. These charges cover the courier’s service; we do not profit from them. If they are not paid, our company bears the cost.
Delivery: Within 3–5 business days of order confirmation, excluding Fridays and public holidays.
Eveningwear and Custom Orders: Specific terms will be provided in writing before order confirmation, without affecting your statutory rights.
Sale Items: Items purchased on sale are eligible for exchange only and are non-refundable.
